At AMS Distribution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
